What we collect

When you book a chef, we collect your name, phone number, event date and time, city, address, guest and dish counts, and any special instructions you share. We use this to confirm your booking, assign your chef and contact you about your event.

Payments

Advance payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment confirmation and reference number; we never see or store your card details.

Advertising measurement (Meta and Google)

We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and Google Ads tags to measure how our advertising performs and to optimise our ads. These tools record pages you visit on our site and actions such as starting a payment or completing a booking, together with technical information like your browser and approximate region.

In regions that require consent (including the EEA, UK and Switzerland), these advertising cookies are only used after you accept them in our cookie banner. Elsewhere, measurement runs by default and you can opt out at any time. Rejecting or withdrawing consent never affects your ability to book.

You can change your choice at any time: Open Cookie settings. Your new choice applies immediately.

SMS and WhatsApp

We send one-time passcodes and booking updates to your phone number by SMS, and share your ingredients list on WhatsApp after your advance payment.
