Cancellation / Refund Policy
Lookmycook believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations and Refund request will be considered only if the cancellation request is made within 4 hours of placing an order. In that scenario 100% Refund will be given in customer source payment account. Cancellations request placed after 4 hour of booking will not be considered.
- There is no cancellation or refund of orders in which Chef/Bartender/Waiter/Cleaner is assigned to the booking as it blocks the person for the day.
- Look My Cook is not liable for any cancellation made by Waiter, Chef , Kitchen Cleaner or Bartender and in that scenario 100% Refund will be done to Customer.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Lookmycook marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- All our Chefs are experienced and trained, However Food Taste is each Customer's Preference - So No Refund will be possible in case Customer doesn't likes Food taste.
- All Cancellations and Refunds are subject to discretion of LookMyCook Management.
